For this option we:
Wipe down the frame and wheels
Perform a full safety inspection
Check and correctly torque all bolts
Tune the brakes
Tune the gears
Check for chain wear and lubricate the chain
Check and adjust tyre pressure
Identify areas for further servicing (if required)

This is our most popular service plan and our best value-for-money option. This service is designed to keep your bike running well between full annual services.
We’d recommend getting this completed every 3-6 months, depending on how much riding you do.
In addition to the basic service, we also:
Clean the drive train
Lubricate the shift and brake cables
Check and align the derailleur hanger
Check and adjust the bottom bracket
Check and adjust the hubs
True the wheels
Check and adjust the headset
Clean and grease the seat post

We recommend getting this done every 12 months, with 1-2 general services in between.
In addition to the general service, we also:
Complete a full wash
Flush and bleed the brakes
Remove, deep clean, and reinstall the drive train
Clean, regrease, and adjust the bottom bracket
Check and top up tyre sealant levels
Clean, regrease, and adjust the hubs
Clean, regrease, and adjust the headset

This is an option that can be added to our basic and general service plans (it is part of our annual service plans). We cannot carry out this option on-site currently, so will require collection and drop-off. For this option we:
Perform a full wheels-out bicycle clean

Complete a full bleed of your mineral oil or DOT fluid brake system.

Flush all old hydraulic fluid from the brake system and replace it with fresh fluid
